Shelton is a Candidate Attorney in the Commercial Practice Group at Phatshoane Henney Attorneys, and is involved in a variety of corporate and commercial services, drafting and transactions.
He matriculated from Dale College Boys’ High in King William’s Town, where he represented his school in hockey at a provincial level and was also part of the school’s Learner Representative Council.
Knowing that a legal career was his calling, Shelton enrolled for and completed his LL.B degree at the University of the Free State. During this time, he was also actively involved in the student environment, serving as the Deputy Judge President of the UFS Student Court, as well as a member of his residence committee, and representing the university hockey team.
Shelton continues to enjoy being involved in sport and used such involvement to socialise and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
