Mulalo is a director in the Commercial Practice Group, specialising in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, public law and regulatory practice, legal company secretarial matters, higher education as well as Black Economic Empowerment.

Mulalo’s expertise extends to advising clients on the constitutional principles which underlie public procurement in South Africa by advising on procurement law compliance and assisting clients to challenge tender processes which fall short of the constitutional requirements.
