Your New Breed Law Firm

Access to Justice Unit
Legal support where it’s needed most

At PH Attorneys, we believe that the law should serve everyone, not only those who can afford it. Our Access to Justice Unit was established to provide meaningful legal support to communities where access is limited or out of reach.

Many individuals face real legal challenges without sufficient resources or guidance to navigate them. Our firm's value of Caring for our communities includes a deep-rooted belief in justice and accountability, and it is also our responsibility to help and respond to this need.

Our work in action
The launch of our first Justice Centre in Kathu, as a first-of-its-kind virtual legal community support initiative, marks the beginning of our response to this need as we also heed the call of the legal fraternity to step up and be part of the solution.

In partnership with Training Portal and its Community Campus in Kathu, the Justice Centre will provide free legal advice to the local community of Kathu, delivered virtually through a private Justice Booth on the campus.

Our Access to Justice Unit staff will provide the community with free legal advice after they have booked a virtual legal consultation.
The Kathu Justice Centre will provide advice on a variety of legal topics, including:

  • Family and maintenance matters
  • Child rights
  • Debt collection and debt counselling
  • Criminal matters
  • Evictions and housing concerns
  • Personal injury and road accident claims
  • General civil disputes
  • Employment-related issues

More than a service
This initiative is about standing firm in the belief that access to justice builds stronger, more resilient communities. We are proud to walk this path alongside our partners and the people we serve and hope to expand this service to other communities in future.
