PH Attorneys is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Collection Officer to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing debt recovery processes, ensuring compliance with legal and financial standards.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in debt collection.
• Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.

Additional requirements:
• Proficiency in Afrikaans, English, and one of the following: Sotho, Xhosa, or Zulu.
• Basic understanding of legal accounting principles.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Experience with AJS legal software will be an advantage.
