Brady is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Phatshoane Henney Attorneys. He commenced his practical vocational training in the family law department where he nurtured his client centred approach to resolving disputes.
In the second year of his practical vocational training Brady formed part of the firm’s civil litigation department where he remains until today. He is now primarily involved with banking-related litigation, insolvencies, debt collection, motor vehicle accidents, as well as Supreme Court of Appeal compliance, where he applies his attention to detail to the benefit of his clients.
Brady completed his LL.B at the University of the Free State, where he initially developed his passion of assisting people. During his years at university he was actively involved in student leadership. He served as a member of the University’s Student Representative Council and attended various leadership summits globally.
Brady loves facing challenges and solving problems and it is these passions that fuel his interest in the law and ensure that he assists every client to the best of his ability.
