Malefa is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Phatshoane Henney Attorneys, where she is involved in the family law division.
Malefa matriculated at Hoërskool Sentraal in Bloemfontein and completed her LL.B degree at the North-West University in Potchefstroom. During her years at the university, she was involved in community and outreach activities, and exercised her leadership abilities while serving on the House Committee managing the Finance and Academic portfolios. She also played netball, where she represented the university on provincial level. Furthermore she gained valuable experience working as a family law assistant marker for the university’s Faculty of Law.
Malefa regards herself as a hard worker with the ability to participate in different activities, which has taught her much about working with people and devoting herself to a variety of tasks. She believes that these are necessary skills that will be of great value to clients in assisting them with their legal matters.
