Phatshoane Henney Attorneys has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Bloemfontein to join our team. The candidate will be required to work closely with our Marketing Manager by providing marketing coordination and logistical support, and assistance with basic graphic design.
The candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting with basic graphic design for marketing purposes
- Liaising and coordinating campaigns with firm brand agency
- Assisting to coordinate firm marketing initiatives, internally and externally
- Logistical support to execute marketing firm initiatives, internally and externally
- Liaising with management, staff and external stakeholders
- Coordinating firm events
Minimum qualifications & experience:
- A post-matric qualification in a marketing or related field
- Graphic design qualification or experience
- 2-4 years prior work experience in marketing and/or graphic design
- Experience in social media and digital content marketing will be beneficial
Additional requirements:
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Proficiency with graphic design software and graphic design capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and self-motivated
- Highly organized
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- High standards with regards to quality of work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
