Chrizelmi Bothma

Chrizelmi serves as the Head of Operations, overseeing Human Resources and Office Management. She provides comprehensive office administration and logistical support to management and staff while managing personnel matters, HR functions, and employee benefits.

Chrizelmi obtained B.Soc.Sc and M.Soc.Sc degrees at the University of the Free State and received recognition for the best Master’s student in Criminology. She also served as an academic assistant and tutorial lecturer in the Criminology Department.

Chrizelmi’s keen interest in criminology inspired her to apply to work as a litigation typist at Naudes Attorneys. However, it soon became apparent that Chrizelmi’s strong administrative and managerial skills demanded a broader role for her within the firm, and she was appointed as the general Office Manager. Following the merger of Naudes Attorneys and PH Attorneys, Chrizelmi became the Office Manager of the consolidated firm in addition to also assuming responsibility for personnel related matters, putting her psychology background to good use.
