The Public Law Litigation practice centrally deals with disputes concerning the relationship between individuals and the state (national, provincial, and local governments, including parastatals and public institutions, etc.).
Litigation primarily focuses on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Procurement Law. Disputes include, but are not limited to, reviews of decisions, defending and instituting suits, interpretation of legislation, enforcement and protection of rights, and contractual disputes.
