Mulalo is a Director in the Commercial Practice Group at Phatshoane Henney Attorneys. Her interests lie squarely with commercial law, where she provides a broad range of corporate and commercial services to clients in the public, private and higher education sectors.
Mulalo commenced her LL.B studies at the University of Johannesburg. During her studies she engaged in moot court proceedings and helped to provide pro bono legal services to the Soweto community at the University of Johannesburg Soweto Campus Law Clinic.
At university, she was also actively involved in community outreach with a youth empowerment community support group, where she acted as motivational speaker to matriculants across the country.
Appointed to serve her articles at Phatshoane Henney Attorneys, Mulalo immediately felt at home in the Commercial Practice Group, where she specialises in public sector law, procurement law, supply chain management, BEE, commercial law and contract management. She has also gained valuable experience in the management and administration of sectional title schemes. Her work finds her heavily involved in the local government and parastatal sectors where she has gained unique experience in providing commercial advice and solutions to these sectors. Her extensive involvement in the public sector has given Mulalo an appreciation of the needs and demands of these clients and she remains firmly focused on delivering to their expectations and high standards.
