Corlia is a Senior Associate in the Property Practice Group at Phatshoane Henney Attorneys, where she practises as a Conveyancer and Notary Public and provides a wide range of property services. She specialises in sectional title developments, consolidations, subdivisions of properties, township establishments and registration of servitudes.
Corlia prides herself on her meticulous attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile, whether for a client or colleague. A constant with Corlia, is her single-minded determination to increase her knowledge and perfect her work. This determination has enabled her to become a respected property specialist and obtain the admiration of her clients who benefit from her efforts to help and provide the best service possible.
In her department, Corlia already plays a leading role as head administrator of the Transfer Centre and in the management of administrative staff and the refining of work procedures and systems. In the firm, her leadership skills are recognised by her colleagues and evidenced by her recurring position as chairperson of the firm’s Associate Committee. Corlia also represents her department on the firm's Tender Committee.
Corlia also has a passion for teaching and as a presenter, has been invited to speak at various NAMA events, where she discusses developments in sectional title legislation and the importance of managing a scheme efficiently and correctly. Corlia is also actively involved with Estate Agent training seminars and seminars for Bankers.
Music plays an integral part of Corlia’s life as she plays the piano and the cello, and has also performed with the Free State Orchestra of Chinese Music. She also enjoys traveling and the outdoors, whether it be hiking or spending time in her garden.
