Marc Naude

Marc is a Senior BEE Consultant in the Commercial Practice Group of PH Attorneys working primarily in the firm’s BEE consulting division and providing a range of commercial and consulting services to clients, including assisting with corporate restructuring and practical compliance solutions. 

Joining the firm as a candidate attorney in the Commercial Practice Group, Marc gained valuable experience in tax law, public procurement, contract management and commercial contracting before moving to the BEE consulting division of the firm.

Marc has since built up extensive knowledge and expertise in the BEE field and is well respected by colleagues and clients for his understanding and knowledge of the BEE legal and compliance landscape across multiple industries and sectors. He is also closely involved in BEE support and compliance management for nearly 50 member firms in the PH Group, working closely with firms in their BEE planning and verification management.

To ensure that he remains abreast of all new developments in his field, Marc ensures that he is up to date with all the latest technical developments in the BEE field and able to apply that knowledge practically to the benefit of his clients.

In his spare time Marc enjoys following his favourite sports on television when not spending time with this family.
