Eldon is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group who specialises in Civil Litigation in the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court, focusing on general civil litigation, commercial and contractual disputes, consumer rights, eviction matters, interdicts, review applications, rental housing matters, debt collection and construction law matters.
A big part of Eldon’s work and specialisation in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group also consists of Public and Administrative Law. His passion for the law has allowed him to dedicate himself to finding solutions to legal disputes and issues that clients are faced with on a daily basis.
Eldon completed his LL.B degree at the University of the Free State. He attended Grey College Secondary School where he was a prefect and had obtained half-colours for academics in matric. In his matric year he also received recognition for attending a leadership summit under the supervision and direction of the UFS' SRC and Professor Jonathan Jansen. At university, Eldon served on the board of the Juridical Society of the Law Faculty, using this as an opportunity to develop his interpersonal skills.
Eldon completed his articles in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group and attended the Bloemfontein School for Legal Practice during this period where he finished his practical legal training.
As young professional, Eldon holds values such as integrity, respect and loyalty close to heart. He has an innate passion for the law and for solving problems, and by paying attention to detail and exercising a strong work ethic, he is a valuable addition to the Dispute Resolution Practice Group and its clients.
