Corlia is a Director and Head of the Transfer Centre in the Property Practice Group. Property transfers and registrations are at the core of her expertise, and she has a particular passion for the registration of townships and sectional title schemes, as well as property subdivisions and consolidations.

Cleopatra is a Senior Associate within the specialised Bond Centre of the Property Practice Group, a division responsible for commercial property finance bonds, home loan bonds, agricultural bonds and wealth bonds from the country’s top five banks and other financial institutions. She specialises in various areas of property law, mortgage bonds, antenuptial and postnuptial agreements and other related aspects regarding property.
