Luhann Prinsloo

Luhann is a Director in the Commercial Practice Group at PH Attorneys' Sandton office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate affairs and general commercial transactions. His passion is business and all things concomitant thereto. He enjoys getting to know his clients’ businesses and helping them find the right legal and commercial solutions to thrive.

Luhann is a Director in the Commercial Practice Group at PH Attorneys' Sandton office, providing commercial and business services to clients. Luhann’s day-to-day predominant focus is on Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate structuring and general corporate and commercial legal affairs, assisting clients with commercial support and advice.

Luhann excelled academically obtaining his LL.B degree cum laude. Luhann commenced his articles at PH Attorneys and was appointed as an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Practice Group. Believing that a good attorney first has to be a generalist before specialising, Luhann practised in a variety of legal fields. He soon found his niche, specialising in companies (corporate structures and governance), Mergers and Acquisitions and transactional advice in a wide variety of sectors, where he provides commercial services to public and private clients. Passionate about business, he enjoys getting to know his clients’ businesses and helping them find the right legal and commercial solutions to thrive.

Luhann serves on the firm’s marketing committee and enjoys socially engaging in various sporting and cultural events. Weekends are spent enjoying a round of golf with his son or mountain biking with the family.
