Justin is a Candidate Legal Practitioner in the Dispute Resolution Group's Labour Law department. He has a passion for people and works tirelessly to ensure sound working relationships between employers and employees and aims to ensure that workplace disputes are resolved amicably and in the best interest of clients.

Justin completed his LL.B studies at the University of the Free State,  and as a motivated self-starter he has a keen interest in both public and private law, regulatory policies, morality and specifically the evolution of legislation in the face of a dynamic social and economic landscape.

With his leadership career at varsity level spanning from being part of residence leadership, the executive committee of the Golden Key International Honour Society, treasurer of his faculty council and eventually the Student Representative Council Vice President in his penultimate year of studies, Justin has acquired very strong creativity, perspective, the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment, and deliver high-quality and technically accurate work within a set timeline.

Justin was also chosen to be part of the F1 Leadership for Change programme, an exchange programme to the United States where he received a certificate of completion in the strength-based leadership and experiential education at Rutgers University.
He is a natural leader and effective team member with a commitment to openness, fairness and integrity.

Justin possesses a clear understanding of the commercial realities facing clients and other stakeholders, and the broader commercial and social framework within which the law operates.
