Neo Madlala is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group and provides holistic legal services to clients having gained experience in civil litigation based on contracts or delicts in the Higher and Lower Courts, instituting and opposing interdicts, labour and employment Law, public sector work and public procurement. He further specialises inliquor licensing and has knowledge in criminal law.  

He obtained his LL.B from the University of Free State having enjoyed a fruitful student life participating and forming part of the UFS First year Moot competition team and the UFS Debate society. He continues to pursue his passion for debating as a Director of the Debate Africa Foundation. Outside of the formal academic space, he enjoys playing anything that involves a round or oval ball, and has recently taken up golf. 

His personality mirrors his legal perspective in that he is able to provide clients with an array of services, a one-stop-shop of sorts. The adoption of a client centred approach has assisted him in forming working relationships with his clients, be it individual persons, companies or public institutions. He understands that clients place trust in their attorneys and such is gained through consistent execution of the client’s instructions.
