Our tax and accounting company is part of the larger PH Attorneys group, working together to provide a full suite of professional services to our wealth management customers. We currently require an accountant to join our team in Gauteng.  The successful candidate will ideally be a self-starting, driven individual, with the following skills/qualifications:

• SAIPA/ SAICA (AGA) registered 
• Computer literacy (Microsoft)
• Knowledge of Income Tax & VAT Act
• Knowledge of IFRS for SME’s
• Basic E-filing knowledge
• Basic SAGE knowledge (not mandatory but beneficial)
• Basic Draftworx knowledge (not mandatory but beneficial)
• Fluent in English

The key responsibility areas will include the following for our investment trust and company clients:

• Data capturing (local & offshore trusts and companies)
• Annual financial statement compilations (local & offshore trusts and companies)
• Local income tax calculations (provisional and final)
• Tax administration
- Trust and individual income tax registrations
- Registration of registered representative of the trust or company
- SARS appointments
• CIPC submission coordination
• Client invoicing
