Conveyancing Secretary

PH Attorneys is urgently seeking the services of a Conveyancing Secretary. 

Candidates must have a minimum qualification of:
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate and 3 to 5 years’ experience in Conveyancing, specifically in drafting and registering Transfer Documents, Sectional Title and Conventional Developments as well as the registration of servitudes. 

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and must be able to work well under pressure, have excellent reporting, communication and typing skills and be able to meet target deadlines.

The candidate further needs to be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, LexisConvey, E4 and AJS or similar software.

The key responsibility areas will be:
- registration of Transfer Documents
- Property Development transactions
