Tatum obtained her Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree with a distinction in April 2025 at the University of the Free State, demonstrating academic excellence, discipline and a strong commitment to achieve her goals.
During her final year of study, Tatum was appointed as a tutor in three core areas of law: Family Law, Law of Persons, and Constitutional Law. These roles not only reflect her understanding of foundational legal principles but also highlight her ability to communicate complex legal concepts with clarity and confidence. She is also a member of the Golden Key Society.
Tatum’s academic and tutoring experience has equipped her with strong research and problem-solving skills – qualities she now applies in her practical training at PH Attorneys. Her current exposure includes general commercial transactions, estate planning, wills and trusts, and corporate governance.
Tatum is working toward admission as an attorney of the High Court and aims to build a long-term career in commercial law, with a focus on regulatory compliance and corporate advisory services.
