Phatshoane Henney was rated the highest of all law firms in the Free State by independent reviewing agency Professional Management Review.Africa (PMR.Africa), with Phatshoane Henney receiving the Diamond Arrow award for best law firm in the Free State following a provincial survey of Free State law firms in 2012.

Phatshoane Henney was ranked Number 1 amongst Free State law firms by receiving an exceptional 4.35 score out of a possible 5.00, thereby also qualifying for the PMR.Africa Diamond Arrow award which equates the firm to ‘outstanding’ according to PMR.Africa official rating criteria.

The award follows an independent provincial survey by PMR.Africa with ratings based on the perceptions of a sample of 145 respondents comprising of CEO’s, MD’s, business owners, company directors and managers, as well as senior government officials based in the Free State Province and who nominate and rate firms against the following specific attributes or criteria:

• Companies/institutions that have done most to enhance economic growth and development of the Province;
• Levels of managerial expertise;
• Implementation of corporate governance;
• Brand awareness;  and
• Levels of innovation.

The award confirms the massive strides Phatshoane Henney has made as a law firm over the last decade and cements the firm as one of the foremost law firms, setting the standard with a client-orientated service philosophy supported by high levels of service, expertise and people empowerment.
