Following the promulgation of the New SCA Tariffs which will come into effect on 22 March 2013, a delegation of Bloemfontein practitioners entered into discussions with the SCA Registrar and Taxing Master which resulted in the adoption of Guidelines for the drawing and taxation of bills of costs in the SCA.
