Carl is an Attorney and Notary in the Property Practice Group where he specialises in the following:
• Conventional and Sectional Property Transfers
• Registration of Sectional Title Schemes
• Property Subdivisions and Consolidations
• Drafting and Registration of Antenuptial and Postnuptial Contracts
• Drafting and Registration of Servitudes
• Registration of Townships
• Property due diligence.
Carl previously worked in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group during the first year of his articles, and also has experience in various aspects of general Civil Litigation.
Carl completed his LL.B degree at the University of the Free State, where he was also a member of the Legal Behemoth. He matriculated from Sentraal High School in Bloemfontein where he formed part of the student council and held several student leadership positions.
He has a passion for Property Transfers and Registrations and is focused on providing clients with excellent service and to simplify the conveyancing process.
